Downpipes will be disconnected so they don’t become blocked with debris.
Your entire roof will be professionally cleaned to remove all moss, lichen and algae.
Any cracked, broken, missing or suspect tiles will be replaced with new, matching tiles.
Ridge and hip tiles will be re-pointed where necessary.
We don’t use high pressure jets or walk directly on your roof, which could damage the tiles.
We apply an anti-fungal treatment to the entire roof, to kill the micro roots and lichen.
We apply two coats of 100% acrylic, fungicidal quality, waterproof coating.
